Subject: Shooting
On September 11th 2024 at around 5:18 PM, Elmira Police Officers were dispatched to the South end
of the Allen-Berry Bridge for the report of an individual who had suffered a gunshot wound.
Officers located two victims under the bridge who both had sustained non-life threatening gunshot
wounds. The victims were transported to local hospitals by ERWAY ambulance.
