Subject: Annual Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade
**Annual Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade**
On 11/29/2024 at 10AM Elmira Downtown Development will be hosting its 66th Annual Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade.
The parade route will be the same as in previous years and is as follows:
-Beginning at Clemens Center parkway traveling westward on Water St. to College Ave
-College Ave north to W Clinton St
-W Clinton St east to Park Pl
-Park Pl/N Main St south to W Gray St
-W Gray St to Clemens Center Parkway (Parade will conclude on Clemens Center Parkway between E Gray St and E Water St)
-Clemens Center Parkway (all lanes) from E Church to Hudson St will be closed from 7am until approximately noon
-Water St will be closed from Baldwin St to N Main St from 7am until approximately noon
-All other roads listed above along the parade route will be closed promptly at 9am and will remain closed until approximately noon
-All intersecting streets will be closed one block east and one block west along the parade route
