Subject: Car/Pedestrian Motor Vehicle Crash
On 10/28/2025 Officers from the Elmira Police Department responded to the area of Clemens Center Parkway and E Market St for a report of a pedestrian that had been struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival Officers learned that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle traveling northbound on Clemens Center Parkway. Emergency Medical personnel were on scene and rendered aid to the victim, who was then transported to an area hospital for treatment. The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with Elmira Police Department’s investigation of the incident. This is an ongoing and active investigation and no additional details will be released at this time. Additional details will be released as they become available.
